This place is either a hit or miss. Today, unfortunately it was a mess. I got a half Vienna, Italian Panino and I'm gonna share the picture of how much meat was on the sandwich. I might as well bought a small water roll and I would've gotten more meat

Great grinders and sandwiches. Unique combinations, plenty of filling. I love them, I come here as often as I can. I realize this is a deli but I wish they had an oven for toasted grinders, especially the meatball/sausage. Either way, I highly recommend.

A great place for tasty sandwiches and prepared foods to take home. An impressive assortment of cheeses for a smaller of the two locations. Friendly staff and Baci at the register

Frigo's is a grab-and-go prepared foods venue. Salads, sandwiches, full meals and a selection of frozen items as well. Prepared meals are predominantly Italian; cooked to almost done, so when rethermed you get an exceptional product. I was a little skeptical at first but now I'm a true believer, the quality taste and flavors are excellent. If you don't feel like cooking after a long hard day; a sit down resto is out of the question, Frigo's is your one stop solution for convenience, quality, selection and value. Give them a try, I believe you'll be as pleasantly surprised as I was

If you are in East Longmeadow, come here to get your lunch and go. Do not go to the chain places as this place is close to home made Italian without the exorbitant prices. Yes it's around 40% cheaper than Bricco Salumeria of north end (well real estate is cheaper here baby) but the care and the taste is fresh. Most of their fast moving items are always fresh. Had the speciality of the day : stuffed cabbage. Really soft and juicy yet perfectly holding shape and crunch. They might screw up your Order like mine: asked for a veal but got an eggplant and I was pleasantly surprised as the eggplant was so juicy and tasty, all 12 inch of a small sandwich of $7.5. Haha. Yes I asked for a small one. Love love love eggplant and what a pleasant coincidence it was. They didn't get the memo that a small sandwich shouldn't be more than 8" maybe? Am I still erring on the other side? Whatever, I had a hearty meal.
